Bob  Rosen
Robert Rosen is an internationally acclaimed author, speaker, thought leader and business consultant in the area of leadership and high performance organizations. Combining the fields of psychology and business, his work has been on the forefront in developing new ways of understanding and putting into action the kind of leadership required of executives to succeed in the 21st century.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Rosen received a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Rosen is the editor of Global Literacies: Lessons on Business Leadership and National Cultures and Leading People: Transforming Business From the Inside Out. His first book, The Healthy Company: Eight Strategies to Develop People, Productivity, and Profits received wide acclaim from readers; Warren Bennis called it "One of the best business books of the decade." His book Leading People appeared on the most recommended list of the Wall Street Journal. Dr. Rosen is a frequent contributor to books and magazines and appeared in The Washington Post, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal, as well as numerous radio and television programs around the world.

As chairman and CEO of Healthy Companies Group, Rosen consults with numerous companies around the world. Clients include AT&T, Motorola, Intel, Herman Miller, Citibank, Petro Canada, UNUM, USA Today, Allied Signal, Discovery Communications and many others. He is a popular keynote speaker to companies and associations. Dr. Rosen has traveled extensively and worked in over 25 countries worldwide.

In the area of global leadership, Rosen directs the Global Leadership Forum, a study of 100 CEO's of world class companies from 30 countries, designed to identify the universal competencies and practices required of global business leaders in 21st century corporations. The results of this landmark study, based on interviews and survey data of thousands of executives, were published as a major trade book in 2000.

Dr. Rosen is Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the George Washington School of Medicine and active on numerous boards and commissions. He volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations.
