Carlos Marin is a leading expert in International Executive Education and Training and Multi-Rater Leadership Feedback Systems

Mr. Marin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and chemistry and a masters degree in educational and counseling psychology from Michigan State University. He completed advanced studies in management and organizational development at the University of Michigan. Carlos is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (conversational).

Carlos is a founder of the National University International Campus in Costa Rica and worked with many of the world’s leading organizations in improving their leadership effectiveness. He is also a principal with Keilty Goldsmith & Company.

Mr. Marin possesses vast international, multicultural experience as an organizational, management, and leadership development educator and consultant. He is the vice president of the Human Development Training Institute, a national educational training and publishing company and the Chancellor of National University, San Diego California, a large adult-focused degree granting university.

Carlos is a leader in the field of Executive Strategic Education. He is the Director of the Washington Quality Group in Madrid, Spain and an Affiliate consultant of the Center for Organizational Fitness, a network of consulting professionals dedicated to help organizations identify their strengths and barriers to defining and implementing business strategy and manage change in leadership effectiveness, business processes and culture.

Mr. Marin designed and led numerous executive development training programs that resulted in measured changes in leadership behavior and effectiveness in many organizations around the world including American Express, Coca-Cola, Kodak, Merck, Sharp & Dohme, Motorola, Ericsson, Telnor de Mexico, Nortel, Comercial Union (Spain), Aracruz Celulose (Brazil), KPMG and Siemens (Spain).
