Phil Harkins is the CEO of Linkage, one of America’s leading providers of conferences on leadership, management and related topics. Prior to founding Linkage in 1988, Phil held senior management positions at Raytheon and Keane, Inc., and served on the faculty and as a senior administrator for Boston University. Along with leadership expert Warren Bennis Harkins co-chairs the Global Institute for Leadership Development, known for training and developing over 1,000 leaders around the world. Dr. Harkins is a consultant to senior leaders and an authority on the subject of leadership and communications. His client list includes senior executives at Prudential, Kraft, Ralston-Purina, American Express, Xerox, and numerous other Fortune 500 companies.

As a result of his extensive consulting, research and writing in the area of leadership development, Phil has developed a special expertise in the communication and trust aspects of leadership.
