James Politoski is the Global Managing Partner of the Strategy & Business Architecture organization within Accenture’s Financial Services market unit. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Accenture professionals who envision and architect business and information technology strategies for financial and health services organizations worldwide. Based in Frankfurt, he is a leading authority on global IT strategy, management, and governance. Mr. Politoski's career is focused on IT strategy, customer service delivery strategy, process and cost restructuring, and business strategy across a wide variety of financial service and other industries. He has more than nineteen years of consulting experience in these areas and led over one hundred strategy projects over the course of his career. He worked with a variety of clients from around the globe, focusing primarily on financial and health services, but with additional experience in manufacturing, retail, aeronautical, and utilities. In addition to Accenture, Jim worked in the strategy group of Arthur D. Little, Inc. and was a principal at Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Politoski frequently speaks at international conferences and forums on business and technology issues. He holds a bachelor of science in finance from the University of Santa Clara.
