Rolf Graf is the managing partner of Strategic Thought Leadership within Accenture’s Financial  Services practice. Under his leadership, the Strategic Thought Leadership team conducts research on industry structure change, developing points of view on industry evolution on an industry segment level and understanding the implications of change on a company level. Graf has 16 years of experience in developing and implementing corporate and business unit strategies for financial institutions. His primary interest is in understanding the impact of technology on industry structure change in financial services and the competitive positioning of individual firms. Prior to joining Accenture, Graf was a partner at McKinsey & Co. He consults with financial institutions in Europe and North America. He is based in Zurich. Rolf Graf holds a M.S. in Physics from the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and a S.M. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
