Arthur is currently Vice President for Strategic Planning for msdbm, a leader in Customer Management, Decision Support and Internet Services since 1991, where he designs and maintains marketing databases for leading Fortune 500 companies including: retailers, restaurants, telephone companies, insurance, banks, pharmaceuticals, package goods, software and computer manufacturers, resorts, hotels, automobiles, and non-profit fund-raisers.
