Judy Fischer
Judith Fischer is managing director of Executive Compensation Advisory Services (ECAS), the leading provider of executive compensation intelligence that enables organizations to make critical decisions about executive pay. She is responsible for managing the organization’s research and consulting operations in addition to its publications.

Ms. Fischer founded ECAS in 1980 and for more than 20 years has provided individuals, corporations, compensation consultants, board directors, attorneys, and government agencies with accurate and objective data—as well as expert analysis and advice—on executive compensation design and delivery.

Regarded as a leading expert on executive compensation, Ms. Fischer frequently appears on CBS, NBC, CNN, and NPR, and is regularly quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business Week, Fortune, The Los Angeles Times, and Financial Times. Articles written by Ms. Fischer have appeared in such journals as Mergers & Acquisitions and Directorship.

Ms. Fischer received her B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and for five years served as a staff associate to the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.
